At Nueve Los Angeles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Request Period: Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Online Return Request:
Log in to your Nueve Account.
Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the prompts to automatically request a return label.
Email Return Request:
If you prefer, you can email us at info@nuevelosangeles.com.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, Items should be returned new, unused and with all Nueve los Angeles and designer garment tags still attached.
Final Sale Items: Items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
