If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Nueve Los Angeles. Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us. Service refers to the Website. Website refers to Nueve Los Angeles, accessible from www.nuevelosangeles.com. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Products or on which a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at email@example.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Products were purchased in the last 7 days.
Your Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings in place, and other signature packaging materials.
Nueve Los Angeles reserves the right to decline any return without proper sanitary lining. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any returned Products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Nueve Los Angeles.
For orders within the United States, any shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned:
Items labeled as discounted are not eligible for return/ exchange. However, items purchased using a discount code may be returned or exchanged.
The supply of Products which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.
Return and Exchange You must email us at email@example.com for return instructions and a label. We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.
Any items not received must be notified within seven days. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund or replacement for the order.
Return shipping labels are not provided for international purchases.
Customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value-added tax, or import tariffs may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment. If there is a duty, it is the customer's responsibility to pay.
